Contracts, Job Descriptions & Vendor Guidelines
Volunteers are sometimes hard to find. Job descriptions help get the word out that help is wanted. It also gives you the opportunity to tell more people about the event.
Confirmations and set up requirement contracts allow the vendors to decide if they can attend the event or not. They are also critical incase of last minute cancellations. The event will not be responsible for refunding any payments.
Having a contract between the event manager and the Entertain makes sure the performances run smoothly. It is a mutual agreement between both parties on how before, during and after the performance will go.
