This is the first step in creating a successful relationship with your market. Writing a press release has become somewhat of a science. To write a successful one you have to not only write to your audience searching for you but for the search engine that finds your information. Interesting concept huh?
The way people find information has changed. The best way to become engaged and have real-time feedback provided to you is through communication on social media with your consumers. However, a lot of ads are scrolled away from quicker than you posted it. Ads need to pop and grab the attention of the social media community!
Brochures are essentially a book about your events. They tell consumers the "Five W's" of your event. Who, What, When, Where, and Why? This is the chance to tell your story, tell the story of your vendors, your sponsors, your acts. It is the chance for consumers to see if the events values align with their own. As for Posters, this is the chance to make one large portion of your event prominent. This could be the long list of your musical performances!
Most events run from sponsors kind investments. An investment is exactly what a sponsorship is. It is an important business decision. How is your event set up for success? Why should they be a part of it? How would they fit in? These are all important questions. Businesses love to help but they want to make sure their reputation will not be hurt in the process of doing so. In order to make them feel a little more comfortable we make proposals of the returns they are sure to receive from being involved.
